Procurement Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage  procurement process from RFQ to PO issuance, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for vendor registration, negotiation, and contract management.
• Conduct supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, price, and reliability criteria.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in mechanical procurement or indirect procurement in an engineering & construction industry.
• Proficiency in SAP P2P module (Procure-to-Pay) is required; knowledge of MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) processes a plus.
• Strong understanding of RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation) formats.
