Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
• Plan and execute purchasing strategies to meet business objectives, considering factors like cost savings, lead time reduction, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in procurement planning or related field (furniture procurement).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Strong understanding of Purchase Order creation, Raw Material Procurement processes, Price Negotiation techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills for effective vendor development through New Vendor Development.
