Procurement & Contract Specialist-any graduate-Bangalore Location only

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting bid processes for new client contract opportunities 
• Administration support for the negotiation of client contracts including maintenance of CCMT(Client Contract Management Team) Progress Trackers and other CCMT artefacts 
• Identifying and managing PwC AUs obligations in client contracts 
• Providing support to CCMT Managers and Senior Managers 
• Contributing to the creation of CCMT artefacts for review by AU Contract Managers including but not limited to: CCMT Guidance Tables, Conformed Contracts, Contract Awareness Presentations, SOW Guidance Templates, Departure Tables, CCMT Progress Trackers 
• Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation, in contract management, commercial/procurement management, or legal operations within complex, high-value environments (Big 4 / professional services / IT / consulting sector strongly preferred) 
• Degree qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, or Contract Management. Post-graduate qualifications desirable (and can be considered as substitution for min years of experience) 
• Comfortable working autonomously across time zones with limited real-time supervision 
• Experience operating within a “review gate” or quality-controlled workflow (i.e. producing drafts for senior review and approval). 
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Specifically in written skills the ability to produce clear, precise and well-structured contract guidance documents, tables and presentations 
• Knowledge of contract terminology and basic understanding of how contract language impacts business and legal risk 
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management principles; from RFP through negotiation, execution and post-execution compliance 
• Practical problem-solving skills and ability to recognise risks and identify deliverables that add to the quality of contract governance 
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
