Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services across drilling, production, and maintenance projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts that balance cost efficiency with quality and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to understand technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier performance to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules using ERP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes to enhance speed, transparency, and cost savings.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the oil & gas or EPC industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with technical specifications for oilfield equipment, drilling consumables, and industrial services.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
