PURPOSE :
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Validate pricing requests against business policies, approvals and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of pricing data before approval and processing
- Review and process pricing approval requests submitted through Salesforce.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the P2P process, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency.
- Analyze Procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Procurement process.
- Conduct regular audits of Procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal departments, to ensure alignment of Procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on Procurement processes and best practices.
