Procurement And Stores Officer

Role Overview

Looking for a commercially sharp AM Planning & Buying to manage material planning, China procurement and Stores operations for our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning & procurement from China vendors
• Demand/purchase planning, inventory control & material availability
• Vendor follow-up, lead-time & import coordination
• Manage Stores operations, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO & material movement
• Monitor MRP, stock levels, shortages & excess inventory
• Coordinate with Production, NPD, Quality & Supply Chain
• Drive cost optimization and timely material availability

Requirements

• 7–10 years in Procurement / Material Planning / Buying / Stores
• Experience in China/international procurement preferred
• Strong manufacturing & Stores exposure
• Analytical, commercially sharp and high ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
