Job Description Procure to Pay (P2P)

Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: UK Shift (Shift starts between 12:00 PM 1:00 PM IST)

• Experience: 4–6 Years

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidates must have relevant experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.
• Must be comfortable working in UK shifts.
• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Candidate's residence should be within 25 km of Wipro, Sholinganallur, Chennai.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and validation.
• Purchase Order (PO) creation, modification, and management.
• Vendor query resolution and supplier coordination.
• Handling GRIR reconciliation and invoice discrepancies.
• Processing non-PO invoices and ensuring compliance.
• Payment tracking and Accounts Payable support.
• Managing vendor master data activities.
• Supporting month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and process guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in P2P operations.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
