What would you do?

The candidate should be willing to work under any shifts and possess strong knowledge of end-to-end AP helpdesk processing. The candidate should be able to manage client queries within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and communication skills.

Proficiency in SAP S, 4HANA, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage vendor and internal stakeholder helpdesk queries, including invoice and payment status inquiries and rejection-related issues.

Monitor and manage query inflow to ensure timely resolution within the agreed TAT
