    What would you do
  1. To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow

    Transport payment process. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the

    necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-

    to-day processes.


    Play a key role in the team, being the link between the team and TL and ensure that adequate process

    knowledge is developed and be the first point of contact for all members. Act as a back for the TL.

    What are we looking for
  3. Transport Payment: -Process basic freight or logistics invoices under standard procedures. -Review transport vendor invoices, supporting PODs, and freight details. -Coordinate with logistics teams for dispute resolution. -Manage complex transport and freight payments, reconcile transport vendor accounts. -Work with supply chain teams to align freight invoices with shipment data.

    Bachelor-s / Master-s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting. -Working knowledge of accounting and P2P cycles -Flexible to work in shifts -Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and High radius is an added advantage -Excellent communication skills, verbal and written -Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. -Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). -Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. -Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  10. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  11. Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  12. In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  13. You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  14. The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  15. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  16. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  17. Archiving, Records Retention and Audit Support -Manage records retention in accordance with policies and practices -Provides internal and external audit support as requested Training, teaming and collaboration -Regularly identify the training needs of the team members, work with the TL and ensure that the required training is provided in a timely manner. -Additionally, ensure that the changes in the process are documented and all members are provided training on such changes -Work closely with all members and TL to ensure that all compliances are met. Develop and follow the tracking mechanism to ensure compliances -Act as a back up to the TL
