Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Must Have Skills:

• End-to-End Invioce Processing Knowledge
• Strong Understanding of Expense Policies and Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post vendor invoices in SAP VIM accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoices.
• Validate invoice details, tax codes, Bank details extracted through OCR
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, and duplicate payments.
• Monitor invoice workflow queues
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Generate and analyze invoice processing reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and business teams to resolve payment issues.

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the iBegin website
