Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst RCM AR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) within the US Healthcare RCM domain and must have prior experience working as a Quality Analyst, which should be clearly reflected in their employment records/resume.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits for RCM AR processes and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Review AR transactions, accounts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process gaps, errors, and recurring quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality audit reports and performance metrics.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members based on audit findings.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Operations and Training teams to improve process quality.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines, SOPs, and quality parameters.
• Participate in calibration sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of Quality Analyst experience in RCM/US Healthcare is mandatory.
• Candidates must have Quality Analyst experience on paper/in their official work experience.
• Prior experience in AR/Accounts Receivable within US Healthcare RCM is required.
• Good understanding of AR processes, denials, follow-ups, and payment-related workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify process deviations and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
