Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation.
  
• Conduct classroom sessions to train employees on various aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
  
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and develop targeted training solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre Training.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
