Process Trainer

About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Process Trainer Sales to conduct training programs, improve sales process knowledge, and enhance employee performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training and B2C/voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process, product, and sales training for new and existing employees.
• Deliver induction, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
• Conduct PKT, MKT, role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Identify training gaps through performance and quality reports.
• Develop training content, presentations, and training modules.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to employees.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve sales performance.
• Ensure employees follow defined process and compliance guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer / Sales Trainer.
• Strong experience in Sales Training.
• Experience in B2C Sales / Voice Process is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in PKT and MKT.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct classroom and floor training.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
