Process Trainer

Job Summary

Should be process Trainer in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing processes, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with proven training delivery capabilities. Should be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Should be willing to work in flexible shifts as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) domain.
• Hands-on experience with Athena software is mandatory.
• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) batches as assigned.
• Manage batch MIS, including attendance, test scores, D2R tracker, batch summaries, and related reports.
• Identify and manage issues arising during NHT and escalate them appropriately when required.
• Conduct refresher training and cross-training sessions based on operational requirements.
• Deliver refresher training based on error analysis and quality reports.
• Track post-training performance scores to measure and demonstrate improvement.
• Develop in-depth expertise in the Accounts Receivable (AR) process and serve as a process Trainer, providing support, guidance, and process-related knowledge to the team.
• Conduct Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter.
• Conduct webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance process awareness and learning.
