Process Trainer

About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Process Trainer FOS to deliver sales, product, and process training to Field Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C Sales and Sales Training, along with hands-on experience in outbound training and training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales, product, and process training for FOS teams.
• Deliver induction, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
• Conduct PKT, MKT, role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Identify training gaps through performance and quality reports.
• Develop and deliver effective training modules and presentations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Apply the ADDIE framework for training design and delivery.
• Provide on-ground training support and coaching across locations.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve team performance.
• Prepare and maintain training MIS and effectiveness reports.
• Travel across locations for training assignments; 15–20 days of travel will be required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer / Sales Trainer.
• Strong B2C Sales experience.
• Relevant experience in Outbound Sales Training.
• Hands-on experience with PKT (Product Knowledge Training) and MKT.
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model and ADDIE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable with 15–20 days of travel as part of the role.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Male candidates are preferred.
