Process Trainer - Mastercard (BFSI Fraud Operations)

Location: Indore

Salary for Training 8 to 8.5LPA

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment.
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
• Fraud Operations
• Credit Card Services
• Fraud Prevention & Detection
• Chargebacks & Disputes
• Risk & Compliance Operations
• Payment Processing Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs.
• Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions.
• Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners.

Additional Requirement (1 Position)

One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including:

• Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations and Mastercard processes.
• Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids.
• Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules.
• Managing content governance and version control.
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments.
