Process Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive employee capability through effective training programs, process knowledge enhancement, and performance improvement.

• Conduct process, product, and sales training for new and existing employees.
• Deliver induction, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
• Identify training gaps through performance, productivity, and quality reports.
• Develop training content, presentations, assessments, and learning modules.
• Conduct knowledge checks, role plays, mock calls, and evaluations.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular Training MIS.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance.
• Ensure employees follow process guidelines, sales practices, and compliance requirements.
• Provide floor support and coaching to improve sales and process adherence.

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer / Sales Trainer in a sales or voice process.
• Strong knowledge of B2C Sales and Voice Processes.
• Experience in training, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to handle classroom as well as floor training.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Marathi is mandatory.
