Process Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Should conduct NHT training
• Should Conduct training for new G1 employee
• Should Conducting Refreshers & NPRO for all the locations
• Should clear Process Knowledge & certification assessment
• Should follow Training Standardization and Adhere to process
• Should take New Initiative in Trainings to support Operations

Criteria :

• Should be flexible with timings, & travel part   
• Should be able to work night shifts not daily basis
• Should be from Retails background
• At least 2 to 3 yrs of experience in Training

Qualification: Graduate or MBA 

Location:- Pune , Pimpri Chinchwad
