Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured New Joiner Induction Process Training.
- Evaluate learning through interactive tests and final assessments.
- Maintain training records and documentation trackers.
- Assign and review role-specific self-learning tasks.
- Guide new hires in understanding job roles and achieving their initial performance goals.
- Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors for performance alignment.
- Organize dummy counseling sessions and collect feedback.
- Conduct refresher or skill-upgrade training for existing staff.
