Process Trainer

Job Information:

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for (Process ) within an organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that (Process) are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to enforce CSA guidelines and policies effectively.

Location: Kolkata, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce training courses, manuals, and other tools for CSA.
• By working with content policy teams, ensure that training materials conform to platform policies and guidelines.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions for new and seasoned CSA.
• Provide instruction on platform policies, CSA standards, and pertinent tools and technology.
• Determine the CSA team's skill and knowledge gaps and areas needing training.
• CSA should receive one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help them perform better.
• Keep abreast with new trends, best practices, and legislative changes.
• Make sure CSAare knowledgeable about the most recent changes to CSA.
• Work with the quality assurance team to evaluate the performance of training initiatives.
• Utilize comments and evaluations to modify and enhance training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Communications, or related).
• Fluent in English. At least C1 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven experience in CSA or training roles, focusing on adult learning and development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using training tools and software.
• Familiarity with online platform policies and CSA guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage training programs effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
