Process Trainer - Pre Authorization (US Healthcare)

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth) Team in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and developing healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire and refresher training programs for the Pre-Authorization process.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and SOPs.
• Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve training effectiveness.
• Track training metrics and maintain training records.
• Support process updates, transitions, and knowledge management activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare, preferably in Pre-Authorization.
• Prior experience as a Process Trainer or SME with training responsibilities.
• Good understanding of insurance verification, authorization procedures, and payer guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
