Process Trainer (Malad-West)

Job location - Malad West

Working days - 6 days (with 2 Saturdays off)

Role & responsibilities

l Create content relevant to employee learning

l Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing soft skills

l Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.

l Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments

Training Delivery:

l Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.

l Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

l Ensure training sessions are informative, motivational, and aligned with learning objectives.

Evaluation and Improvement:

l Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

l Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

l Strong understanding of enterprise business models and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.

l Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

l Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role,

l Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.

l Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

l Open to travel Pan India
