Location: Pune
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Trainer on paper in any International E-commerce process
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Explain process workflows, tools, policies, and operational standards.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and learning documents.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to identify training requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance, progress, and performance reports.
• Ensure employees adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.
Working Days: 5.5 days
Shift: Rotational shifts
Offs: Rotational
