Process Trainer || Health Insurance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), and virtual sessions for sales and process teams.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA / TNI): Identify skill gaps through call monitoring, sales data review, and performance audits.
• Product & Process Knowledge: Train new hires and existing staff on company products, sales pitch, CRM tools, compliance, and process workflows.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide side-by-side coaching, feedback, and refresher modules to improve conversion rates and target achievement.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, floor transition rates, shrinkage, and sales output.

Common Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience Range: 1 to 7+ years of relevant experience in BPO, EdTech, insurance, or corporate sales training.
• Key Skills: TNA, TNI, OJT, Train-The-Trainer (TTT), product training, objection handling, communication skills, and MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel).
