Process Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver product and sales training programs for new and existing sales teams
• Train sales teams on sales processes, customer journeys, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Develop training modules, facilitator guides, presentations, assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks
• Continuously update training content based on product, process, policy, and market changes.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend corrective actions or improvement plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-9 years of experience in Process Training / Sales Training .
• Experience handling new-hire batches and refresher training is an advantage.
