Role Description The Process Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Cannanore, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for analyzing existing operational workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and turnaround times in radiology services. Day-to-day tasks include documenting processes, monitoring performance metrics, supporting process changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality, and customer service. The Process Specialist will handle internal and external communication related to process updates, assist with customer inquiries related to service delivery, and help ensure consistent adherence to standards. The role also involves supporting training initiatives for team members on new or updated processes and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process improvement, with the ability to map workflows and interpret data for decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to respond to partner and client issues professionally and promptly.
- Experience in training, coaching, or facilitating sessions to support process adoption and skill enhancement.
- Relevant experience in healthcare operations, radiology services, or teleradiology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation platforms).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across locations and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
