Process Specialist - US Insurance Ops

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process transactions in accordance with business process documents.
• Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and timely transaction processing.
• Work on routine matters with minimal supervision, showing initiative in a team environment.
• Continuously update job knowledge using available resources, positively impacting work results.
• Be flexible and multitask, accepting ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor.
• Deliver timely answers to inquiries from both internal and external contributors.
• Adhere to Compliance, Information Security, Internal and External statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Align with PGS policies and demonstrate flexibility as per business needs.
• Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction processing within the Insurance (Life/Health) is preferred.
• Typing skills with a speed of 30 to 35 words per minute and 98% accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to flexible shifts and weekend working.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
