About the role

We are seeking a professional with 2-5 years of experience in operations, insurance, banking, or financial services. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. A keen eye for detail, customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team are essential. Experience in the 401(k) domain will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete operational tasks in accordance with established process guidelines and quality standards to ensure detailed execution.
• Consistently meet efficiency, quality, and SLA targets, showing your capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze process performance and find opportunities for improvement, contributing to our world-class service delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer happiness and seamless operations.
• Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation, providing valuable insights for better decision-making.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for team members, helping to build a knowledgeable and ambitious team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, strictly adhering to industry standards.
• Participate in process improvement projects and automation initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in operations, insurance, banking, and financial services, showcasing your consistent track record.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support your analytical and reporting tasks.
