Process Specialist - Custodian

What Youll Do

• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, Trade Validation and Cash transactions also Audit statements and accounting terminologies.
• Coordinate with RM s and CSA (Customer Service associate) based out of US.
• Good knowledge of legal documents, and ability to understand the Directives for Cash and Trade on Fax and other Handwritten documents.
• Knowledge of different Cash transactions like WIRES, ACH, DIRECT DEBIT Mandates etc.
• Monitor Cash and trade and internal transfer settlement status and timely processing of activities as per timelines.
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Ensure Single line and multiple line events are processed within the agreed timelines and accuracy.
• Work with CSA and clients to implement the Directives which have been received.
• May engage or lead change initiatives for process improvement/innovation

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong on Cash, Trade, Audit statements and legal documents as evidenced by 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
