About this role
Responsibilities
- Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, Trade Validation.
- Coordinate with custodian’s brokers and other stakeholders to resolve trade breaks or discrepancies
- SEI T3000 and blackline experience preferred/beneficial
- Monitor trade settlement status and timely processing of trades as per settlement date.
- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Ensure client positions are processed within the agreed timeline
- Work with custodians and brokers for timely matching and settlement
- Resolve failed trade queries
- May engage or lead change initiatives for process improvement/innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Employee Benefit, and Trust and Custody knowledge as evidenced by 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
