Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions using Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate .
• Develop automation using Process Simulate APIs, scripting, and DLL integration .
• Automate robotic operations, path planning, sequencing, and process simulation workflows.
• Develop solutions for robot path optimization, collision avoidance, zoning, and cycle-time optimization .
• Work on robotic welding/spot-welding simulation and operation resequencing.
• Integrate Process Simulate automation with existing engineering applications.
• Perform testing, debugging, validation, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate .
• Strong experience with Process Simulate Automation APIs .
• Proficiency in C# / .NET and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with API integration, scripting, and DLL development/integration .
• Knowledge of robotic simulation, path planning, kinematics, and 3D geometry.
• Understanding of collision detection/avoidance and path optimization algorithms .
• Familiarity with Git and software debugging.
