Process Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

1) Develop & maintain process documentation to achieve Manufacturing Parts, assembly, specifications.

2) Create part codification, bill of materials, process routing in ERP.

3)Create process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, route cards, work instructions.

4)Create manufacturing operations sheets with details sketches/ stage wise drawings.

5)Participate in all manufacturing and assembly stages, verify FAI, and update documentation.

6)Implementation of AS9100 standards and discipline in the design processes.

7)Review and support with CFT teams for design realization.

8)Ensure quality and delivery deadlines with high quality.

Must Have Competencies:

1)Min 4+ Years of experience in process planning or manufacturing related activities and using Experience on SolidWorks.

2)Good knowledge on all Manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tools

3)GD&T proficiency.

Preferred Competencies:

1) Knowledge on APQP/PPAP & PFMEA.

2)Good modelling and drafting skills in Catia V5

3)Adhering to Quality Manual and AS9100 Rev D requirements.

4)Exposure to Aerospace domain and shop floor experience will be added advantage
