About this role
Educational Qualification:
Government-recognized University/Institution. (Total Experience: 8 years) 4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, OR MCA. from a Government-recognized university/institution; OR MBA/Master's in Public Policy (full-time) from a Government-recognized University/Institution. (Total Experience: 8 years)
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in quality improvement and business process design.
Experience with State/Central Govt. projects shall be preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business processes for Concerned service delivery and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Design and document SOPs, workflows and process maps for the scheme.
- Drive process re-engineering and quality-improvement initiatives across departments.
- Coordinate with technology, operations and field teams to implement and monitor process changes.
- Track process KPIs and prepare periodic reports on service quality and turnaround times.
