Process Optimization and Modeling Sr. Associate

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Process Optimisation and Modeling Sr. Associate

• Working within the global Central Ops office this role will be pivotal in expanding the digital footprint of the Bank.
• The Central Ops COO planning and resourcing team have embarked on a multi-year program to digitize the workforce planning processes. We are building a connected planning and workflow eco system using tools like Anaplan, VBA and Excel and are looking for an experienced Anaplan model builder who can help us manage and support the new processes being built.
• This will range from maintaining existing to developing and managing the lifecycle of new processes being implemented as part of the COO resource and planning processes.

In this role, you will:

• Consult on best use of Database technology and build this out.
• Guide the global Operations teams with changes to existing databases and processes.
• Test and develop new databases through the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate the Admin tasks of existing processes.
• Facilitate the production of SOPs related to the headcount planning and forecasting process.
• Act as point of contact for any database related queries as part of the Digital Command Centre program roll out.
• Be the key expert to advise on impacts of projects on database structures.
• Understanding and translating Global Operations (and Group) strategy into immediate business/function and aligning direction for self and teams
• Setting world class standards and embedding these in immediate business/function area
• Leading from the front by courageously setting and executing stretching goals for the immediate business/function area
• Authentically engaging a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver at pace
• Making considered decisions that protect and enhance values, reputation and business.

To be successful you will:

• Proven Anaplan model building skills and building integrations between databases and external applications.
• Have experience handling large project deliverables using an Agile methodology.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong willed and able to lead and take initiative when direction is vague.
