Role Description This is a full-time, Sales & Marketing role for Optical Fiber, Cable, and FRP products, based in the New Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers, promoting the company's optical fiber, cable, and FRP solutions, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Daily activities include meeting clients, understanding technical and commercial requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product presentations, and coordinating demonstrations and trials. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams for pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. The individual will be expected to represent Aksh at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, present solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess customer service and client management skills to address queries, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess training and product demonstration skills to explain technical features, usage, and benefits of optical fiber, cable, and FRP solutions.
• Candidates should possess sales management and reporting skills to plan territories, forecast demand, monitor performance, and optimize sales activities.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales within optical fiber, cable, or related infrastructure industries is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of basic technical specifications of optical fiber, cable construction, and FRP rods will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Plastic Engineering) is must, along with proficiency in MS Office.
