Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an process manager at Airysole in ranipet/kanpur. As an manager, you will be responsible for process control, troubleshooting, supervision and quality control. Your day-to-day tasks will involve team coordination, conducting routine inspections, performing quality checks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. the candidate will also be trained for the chemical process and quality requirement of our product.

Qualifications

• Interest in process control, troubleshooting
• Interest in production and manufacuring
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production improvement and rejection control
• Ability to support technically
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
