Process Manager - Purchase To Pay

Role Overview

We are looking for a Global Process Manager Purchase to Pay to join our Finance Operations team. You will drive the optimization of our global P2P processes and assess efficiency opportunities through robotics, AI, and end-to-end process redesign. You will also keep processes standardized and well governed across regions.

Role & responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global P2P process design, from requisition and purchasing through invoice processing and payment.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize efficiency opportunities, including robotic process automation (RPA), AI-based solutions, and process redesign.
• Build business cases that quantify expected benefits for each opportunity.
• Lead automation initiatives from concept to implementation, working with IT, digital/automation teams, and external partners.
• Drive standardization of P2P processes, policies, and controls across regions and shared service centers.
• Define and monitor process KPIs, such as touchless invoice rate, cycle time, first-time-right rate, and cost per invoice, and use the data to find improvement areas.
• Maintain process documentation, global design standards, and process governance.
• Work closely with regional finance teams, procurement, shared service centers, and other stakeholders to support change management and adoption.

Make sure processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and fraud-prevention standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Finance (CA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in P2P or finance operations, focused on process improvement, transformation, or global process ownership.
• Proven track record of delivering automation or process redesign, using tools such as RPA, AI/ML, workflow tools, or e-invoicing.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and P2P tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build business cases and quantify efficiency gains.
