Roles & Responsibilities
:Exception handling + coordination across publishers / wholesalers
Manage exception scenarios (allocation mismatch, PO discrepancies, schedule conflicts)
Perform allotment reconciliation across wholesalers and investigate variances
Handle mid-cycle changes, corrections, and closed galley adjustments
Coordinate with publishers, wholesalers, and internal teams for issue resolution
Conduct root cause analysis for errors (e.g., distribution rework, data mismatches)
Validate outputs from team (QC / review role)
