Roles & Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across global business functions.
Engage professionally with operational teams, project teams and senior leadership groups.
Provide clear updates, actions, risks and recommendations through concise communication.
Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decisions.
Tailor written and verbal communication for different audiences and levels of seniority. Change Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate multiple change initiatives, workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
Support requirements gathering, impact assessment, implementation planning and readiness activity.
Maintain oversight of timelines, milestones, dependencies and action tracking.
Ensure governance processes, templates and standards are applied consistently.
Escalate risks, issues or blockers in a timely manner to support successful outcomes.
