Process Lead - Darwin Specialist

• Candidate Location-Anywhere in India Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services).
• Education and CertificationQualification:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5-6 years of experience in international benefits and Darwin boxStrong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows within Darwin box.
• Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements
• Experience in handling incident tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office SuiteAbility to analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues.
• Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors
• Experience working on pilot processes and creating process documentation.
• Prior experience in international (non-US) benefits administration.Flexible with Rotational Shifts 24x7 delivery model.Other RemarksFlexible working in any shifts.
