Role Overview

We are hiring PIA Field Relationship Managers (FRM) for a field + calling-based profile. The candidate will be required to visit customer/site locations as part of the role and also handle calling-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer/site locations as per business requirements.
• Handle field activities and customer interactions.
• Conduct Audit
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Perform calling and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks and updates.
• Since this is for the Coherence Team, detailed process information will be shared during the selection process.
