Role & responsibilities

Head of Process House is responsible for overseeing the operations within the process house. The primary purpose is to ensure the achievement of production targets, maintain high-quality standards through Right First Time (RFT) practices, manage absenteeism effectively, optimize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and foster a safety-first culture with zero accidents. The Head of Process House plays a pivotal role in leading teams to deliver operational excellence, efficiency, and quality in the various processes within the facility.

Preferred candidate profile

Provide ongoing training to process house teams to enhance skills and reduce errors. Monitor and manage employee attendance within the process house. Implement strategies to minimize absenteeism, including effective communication, recognition programs, and addressing underlying issues. Assess and optimize OEE by identifying and addressing factors affecting equipment performance, including downtime, speed losses, and quality losses. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize OEE. Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in the process house. Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs for process house teams. Implement measures to prevent accidents and achieve a zero accident goal.
