Salary

• Freshers: 2.05 LPA - 4.0 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA and based on experience, skills and process.
  
  

Working Days: 5 Days

Shifts: Day Shifts Rotational Shifts (US)

Transportation : 2 Way Transport for ( 30 Kms) US Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email, depending on the process.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines.
  
  

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates with 0-5 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts.
