Job Description Business Title Process Executive - Direct Tax Transfer Pricing Global Job Title Analyst I Finance Tax Global Function Finance Global Department GBO Finance Organizational Level Reporting to Director Global Business Services RTR / Lead Tax Size of team reporting in and type Role Purpose Statement The Direct Tax Transfer Pricing Specialist is responsible for independently managing day-to-day direct tax compliance and transfer pricing activities for assigned entities and regions. The role ensures accurate tax provisions, effective tax filings, and robust transfer pricing documentation, in line with statutory requirements and group tax policies.
This position plays a key role in supporting audits, addressing standard tax queries, and contributing to process improvements, while acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for tax, finance and business stakeholders. Main Accountabilities Main Accoutabilities
1. Prepare and review direct tax deliverables, including monthly/quarterly tax provisions, ETR forecasts, year-end tax true-ups, and related journal entries.
2. Independently prepare and coordinate corporate income tax return workings, withholding tax calculations, and responses to standard tax authority queries.
3. Manage transfer pricing documentation processes, including data analysis, benchmarking support, review of TP reports, and preparation of TP returns including through use of technology.
4. Perform and review tax and transfer pricing reconciliations, proactively identifying risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
5. Support tax audits, collaborate with external advisors, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Monitor and execute all direct tax / transfer pricing compliance activities for assigned entities
7. Keep track of all developments in direct tax and transfer pricing subject and evalaute its implications for assigned entities especially on compliance. Knowledge and Skills - Good understanding of Direct tax and Transfer Pricing regulations and compliances especially for US and Asia.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn within the tax field.

2. Working knowledge of transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking
3. Understanding of ETR forecasting and deferred tax concepts
4. Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills
5. Experience supporting tax audits and standard tax queries Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Taxation.
Master s degree or professional tax qualification is an advantage.
3-4 years of relevant experience in direct tax and/or transfer pricing within a multinational environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
