Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in Process Excellence (PEX) to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and business transformation initiatives across multiple domains.

Role 1

Location: Chennai

Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA

Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is MANDATORY

Domain Experience: Lending, Loans & Mortgage

Role 2

Location: Hyderabad

Budget: Up to ₹26 LPA

Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is MANDATORY

Domain Experience: Communication, Media and Technology - in BPO industry

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and conduct root cause analysis.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Lead process optimization, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable process improvements.
• Manage teams, projects, and business transformation initiatives according to the designation.
• Drive governance, performance reviews, and action plans to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in Process Excellence
• Must have managed 3+ high-impact Automation/Analytics projects end-to-end
• Strong experience in RPA Automation Lifecycle Management
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification from a reputed body (ASQ, ISI, or equivalent) is mandatory
• Experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team management and leadership experience appropriate to the role.
