Process Excellence Manager

Role & responsibilities

• 510 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, BPM, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Automation, Business Excellence or related areas.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen / Process Re-engineering preferred.
• Experience in multi-location retail or process-driven organisations preferred.
• Strong process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of ERP, CRM, automation and digital technologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled process improvement and automation tools preferred.
• Strong Excel, MIS, data analysis and dashboard skills.
• Strong project management and implementation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Stores and Head Office functions.
• Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong focus on measurable productivity, efficiency and cost improvements.
• Highly analytical, process-oriented and improvement-driven mindset.
