Education and Certification

• Qualification - Undergraduate degree in Business / Engineering / Operations Management / Finance / related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by developing and implementing process and operational efficiencies.
• Utilize advanced analytics and process modelling to solve complex process problems and drive improvements.
• Provide expert advice to business leaders and lead the team in executing quality improvement recommendations.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to forecast and achieve financial and customer benefits.
• Manage relationships across various business lines and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies for process improvement and transformation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including financial controls and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct research projects and deliver presentations to management and broader audiences.
• Monitor service and productivity levels, implementing continuous process and performance improvements.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and gain alignment across business and senior leadership teams.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Proficiency with process mapping, process mining, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies; experience with tools such as Visio, ARIS, Minitab or similar platforms is an asset.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide guidance and coaching to team members and project stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, transaction banking, payments, or large-scale transformation programs is considered an asset.
