Process Engineering (PE & IE)

Role & responsibilities

Develop, validate and improve manufacturing processes

Lead process trials, tooling qualification and capacity planning

Drive NPI / new product launch activities

Improve productivity, quality, OEE and machine cycle time

Reduce scrap, wastage and manufacturing costs

Handle process-related problems through RCA & CAPA

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain & Vendors

Support internal/external audits and maintain process documentation

Lead and mentor engineers/technicians on the shop floor
