Process Engineering Manager

Develop and maintain integrated plans covering production, staff, raw materials and other key

resources, including short-, medium- and long-term plans.

- Establish and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards and management reports covering key

operational, HSE, quality, maintenance, cost, power and other critical smelter KPIs, ensuring

accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.

- Monitor, analyze and independently assess O&M contractor performance against agreed KPIs;

identify performance gaps, trends and risks.

- Monitor actual performance against plans, budgets, targets and relevant benchmarks; conduct

variance and trend analysis, support root-cause analysis and performance improvement plans.

- Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews, ensuring timely and decision-

oriented inputs to the Head Ferroalloys and management.

- Establish and maintain a centralized action tracker and drive cross-functional follow-up and

timely closure of management decisions, corrective actions and key deliverables.

- Support commissioning, operational readiness, ramp-up and transition to steady-state

operations.

- Establish and continuously improve planning, MIS, KPI and performance management

systems.

- Support the Head – Ferroalloys on critical cross-functional operational and strategic priorities,

including analysis of key issues, preparation of management presentations and coordination

with internal functions and external stakeholders.
