Process Engineer

Job Purpose:

To design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for high-speed motor assembly lines. The Process Engineer acts as a bridge between product design and production execution, working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to develop robust processes, reduce variability, eliminate waste, and meet both customer specifications and company targets.

1. Process Design & Development

• Design New Processes
• Feasibility Study
• Prototype & Pilot Run
• Process Documentation ( Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans , Process Parameter Sheets , Layout Drawings

2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Efficiency Improvement
• Waste Reduction
• Quality Enhancement
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• Statistical Process Control

3. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification (Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering)
• Preferred Domain Experience in assembly processes with automatic / high-speed machines.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to motor / alternator / stator / rotor assembly lines.
